“The evidence of our collective hard work is clear for all to see, and we are deeply grateful to every one of you for your dedicated service to the nation. We could not have recorded such a remarkable year without your support,” he stated.

Hon. Nyarko Ampem further highlighted the positive effects of the Government’s reset agenda on the economy, noting that its impact was evident across all sectors. “Our macroeconomic indicators have not merely improved; they shine as a testimony to resilience,” he added.

The Member of Parliament also underscored the benefits of the recent strategic reassignment of staff across departments within the Ministry. According to him, the exercise has enhanced workflow, strengthened synergies among directorates, and improved efficiency and collaboration.

Turning his attention to the thirteen retirees of the Ministry, Hon. Nyarko Ampem commended them for their years of sacrifice, dedication, and hard work. He encouraged serving staff to emulate their exemplary conduct and to seek their counsel when the need arises. He also congratulated the award recipients for their outstanding performance and commitment to duty.

The Most Rev. Prof. Johnson Asamoah-Gyedu, Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church, Ghana, delivered a profound and reflective exhortation at the 2025 End-of-Year Thanksgiving Service held at the Ministry of Finance forecourt on 22nd December 2025.
