Hon. Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson has officially resumed his role as Minister for Finance following his nomination by the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. John Dramani Mahama. His appointment was confirmed by Parliament’s Appointments Committee after a successful vetting process.
Dr. Atto Forson was sworn into office by the President at a ceremony held at the Jubilee House on Wednesday, 22nd January 2025. With this, he begins his tenure as the nation’s chief financial strategist, tasked with managing Ghana’s finances and overseeing the formulation and execution of fiscal policies.
