Specific Procurement Notice

The Government of Ghana has received Credit from the International Development Association toward the cost of the Financial Sector Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of ARB Apex Bank’s Data Centre Cyber Security System. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.

The ARB Apex Bank serves as the Implementing Agency for the Project under the Ministry of Finance and through the Project Secretariat now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of ARB Apex Bank’s Data Centre Cyber Security System.

Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers -” (“Procurement Regulations”), July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Qualification requirements for Bidders are:

Bidder must meet the following minimum qualification criteria: Strong and proven experience in developing, implementing similar systems, have completed two (2) successful contracts in the last five (5) years and strong financial standing.

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Coordinator, Project Secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address (1) given below from 9:00 to 16:30 hours GMT from Wednesday, February 19, 2020.
