The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Ghana Economic Management Strengthening Technical Assistance Project (GEMS TA PROJECT), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Consultancy to Develop a Comprehensive Integrated ICT-Based National Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System.
