Public Input into the 2016 Budget Statement and Economic Policy

The Ministry of Finance wishes to inform the general public that the Budget Statement for 2016 would be read in November 2015.  This is with the hope that Parliament will debate and pass it before it rises in December, 2015.
 
The Ministry is happy to receive from recognized professional bodies, associations, civil society organizations and individuals, ideas and contributions that may be considered during the process of formulating the 2016 Budget Statement.

Request for Proposals: Bookrunner(s) of GoG Medium and Long-Term Bonds

The Ministry of Finance (“the Ministry”) of the Government of Ghana (the “Government”) invites investment dealers licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and primary dealers of government securities to submit a written proposal as Bookrunner of selected domestic medium and long-term bond issues for 2015 as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Hon. Terkper Leads a Gov't Delegation to the 2015 IMF and WB Spring Meetings

Today, April 14, 2015. Hon. Seth Terkper, Minister of Finance, is leading a Government delegation to the 2015 Spring Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund in Washington DC from 14th to 24th April, 2015. The delegation is made up of officials from the Bank of Ghana including the Governor; the Chairman of the Finance Committee in Parliament, and Officers from the Finance Ministry and the Bank of Ghana.
