3 Year Republic of Ghana GHS Denominated Treasury Bond Issuance: Initial Price Guidance (“IPG”)

The Joint Bookrunners, Barclays Bank Ghana, Strategic African Securities and Stanbic Bank Ghana, are pleased to announce the Initial Price Guidance (“IPG”) of 23.00%- 24.75% for the forthcoming 3 Year Republic of Ghana GHS denominated Treasury Bond Issuance.  The issuance size is TBD.

The book-build will open at 9:00AM on Wednesday 20th April 2016 and close on Thursday 21st of April 2016.  Book, timing updates and revisions to the IPG (based on the book of demand) will be sent to the market as necessary.
