The Call for Application has been published in the Ghanaian Times and the Daily Graphic newspapers on 9th and 10th November, 2015 respectively. The Government of Ghana (GoG) is the sole shareholder of the PSC Tema Shipyard Company Ltd a private limited liability company established under the laws of Ghana (“the Company”). The Company is mainly engaged in shipyard, drydock and related activities and owns various assets together constituting the shipyard (‘the Shipyard”).
The Ministry of Finance (“the Ministry”) of the Government of Ghana (the “Government”) invites investment dealers licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and primary dealers of government securities to submit a written proposal as Bookrunner of selected domestic medium and long-term bond issues for 2015 as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
